Project Background
Brewers Close sits in the heart of Dublin’s historic Liberties, a vibrant area of culture, nightlife and shopping. The development is a 235‑bed student accommodation complex across five blocks and incorporates the restored, protected No.10 Mill Street.
- Ensured fixtures were specified and positioned to maximise the rejuvenated space’s potential, providing appropriate illumination levels throughout the site.
