The Project
A customer approached Kellihers seeking a cost‑effective alternative to SWA for upcoming developments. Traditional SWA is durable but heavy, harder to handle, and slower to terminate—driving up labour costs on large residential projects.
Working closely with the customer, Kellihers identified and supplied N2XH as an effective SWA alternative. Common across Europe but less used in Ireland, N2XH’s successful rollout across two developments demonstrates innovation in practice. The deployments achieved measurable gains in installation speed, cost savings and handling: N2XH’s lighter weight and simpler termination made installs faster and easier than SWA.
