Yes. We encourage you to ship stock and displays well in advance.

All deliveries must be marked: Attn: Colin Mullen. Please ensure your company name and “Kellihers Connected Live” are clearly visible on all pallets/parcels.

Setup: Tuesday & Wednesday, May 26th & 27th

Breakdown: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. No breakdown is permitted until all customers have safely vacated the marquee.

Yes. Follow the directional signage to the Exhibitor Loading Area to unload. Once finished, you must move your vehicle to the designated Exhibitor Parking Zone.

Standard stands are 3m x 2m. Gold Package partners may have the option to increase to 4m x 2m depending on the final floor plan.

All additional requirements (tables, chairs, lead extensions, etc.) must be ordered via the Total Expo Web Shop: eventorders.com/kellihers-connected-live-2026/

Yes. As this is an operational Distribution Centre, high-visibility vests are mandatory during setup and breakdown.

Kellihers will provide you with a unique Google Sheet link for your stand. You can use this on any smartphone, tablet, or laptop to record leads in real-time.

Absolutely. We are preparing 300 bags. If you have branded merchandise or samples to include, please contact the marketing team to coordinate delivery.
