Get paid to switch to LED with Energy Credit Grants

Energy Credit Grants are part of the Government’s drive to encourage Irish businesses to become more energy efficient. Administered through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), these Energy Credit Grants take the form of a lump-sum cash rebate paid directly to a business by an energy supply company on the completion and sign-off of a project that significantly reduces that business’s energy consumption.

One of the quickest and most effective ways of reducing energy consumption for most businesses is to switch their lighting over to modern, high efficiency LED equivalents. At Kellihers & CT Electric we’ve teamed up with leading energy supply company, to make identifying potential savings and applying for your Energy Credit Grant simple and painless.

The process is simple:

  1. Fill in this online form to request a free, no obligation Lighting Energy Audit for your business
  2. Based on the outcome of the audit, select the energy efficient LED fittings that suit your application
  3. Install and commission the new fittings
  4. Apply for an Energy Credit Grant based on the energy savings realised by the switch (we’ll calculate this for you as part of your lighting audit)
  5. Bank the cash

The amount of the rebate you receive depends on the energy savings you achieve, but it will certainly provide significant savings and has the potential to offset the cost of the project entirely if you use lighting 24 hours a day, seven days a week (essentially making it free to switch to LED).

There’s never been a better time to make the switch to LED lighting.
