Penrose Dock & Horgan’s Quay

Horgan’s Quay, comprises a six acre mixed used development centred around the conservation of the site’s Industrial heritage. The refurbishment of the Station House will form the centrepiece of the Residential development. The Carriage Shed will house Retail and Restaurant uses adjoining the Hotel. The Goods Shed refurbishment and restoration of the nine metre high Cork Limestone wall are integral to the development of the Office buildings.
The Project
This project consisted of a large office development with a keen focus on excellence with the electrical and mechanical installed by Denis
O’Neill Electrical and IFES Electrical Services. Our Kellihers Cork branch and our lighting specialists worked closely with Denis O’Neill & IFES to deliver and supply high end quality & innovative commercial lighting solutions throughout Penrose Dock and Horgan’s Quay Developments.
On the back of this, leading edge suppliers LIRALIGHTING, Bright Special Lighting, OMS Lighting and LUG Light Factory were engaged to provide bespoke commercial lighting solutions that accompanies the high level of office facilities spread across these modern buildings.
Additionally, Liralighting street lights had integrated emergency ensuring the correct Lux levels in different areas such as access ramps and emergency routes.
A complete commercial lighting solution was supplied by Kellihers Electrical Cork and expertly installed by Denis O’Neill and IFES Electrical Services. This dedicated relationship with our customers help us deliver these fantastic projects in a professional manner resulting in the end customer benefiting from a skilled electrical installation.
