The Project
Brewers Close is a 235‑bed student scheme across five blocks in Dublin’s historic Liberties, incorporating the restored, protected No.10 Mill Street. The brief called for a site‑wide lighting design that respected heritage character, delivered modern performance and efficiency and landed on schedule despite COVID‑era constraints.
Kellihers Electrical partnered with O’Neill Mechanical & Electrical to deliver the complete lighting design and supply, including:
- Premium fixtures for indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring Southgate LED fittings and decorative pieces from Lira Lighting, Fatboy and Muuto.
- Heritage-sensitive selections and layouts to complement No. 10 Mill Street while meeting required illumination levels.
- Coordinated logistics and supplier integration to ensure technical alignment and on‑time delivery.
