The Project
O’Toole Transport’s new Dublin depot is a major logistics facility designed to support temperature-controlled storage, warehousing, fleet operations, and administration functions within a 24/7 environment.
Working closely with CTS Group, Kellihers delivered a complete electrical and lighting solution tailored to the operational and efficiency demands of the site. The solution featured high-performance LED lighting throughout using Disano fittings, with intelligent DALI controls in office and meeting spaces to enhance comfort and reduce energy consumption. Presence/absence detection was utilised to ensure the client was getting a cost-effective installation, while emergency lighting and fire alarm systems ensured full compliance and safety.
A comprehensive security system was also integrated, including door access control, a Hikvision CCTV system with 64-channel NVR, and a 60-zone HKC intruder alarm system. Together, these systems created a fully connected, energy-efficient and secure infrastructure designed for continuous logistics operations.
The completed depot now provides O’Toole Transport with a reliable, efficient base for continued growth across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
